Explore cutting-edge research + clinical training in neurology at Tufts Medical Center
Research is an integral part of the Tufts Medical Center Neurology Residency Program. Residents are encouraged to engage in meaningful clinical and basic science research projects that advance understanding and treatment of neurological diseases. Our faculty includes active investigators across a wide range of subspecialties offering mentorship and collaboration in areas such as stroke, epilepsy, neuro-oncology, movement disorders, neurocritical care and neuromuscular diseases.
The program supports resident involvement in research through protected elective time, access to clinical trials and opportunities to present findings at national conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals. Whether you are interested in translational research, clinical trials or quality improvement projects, Tufts Medical Center provides a rich environment to develop scholarly skills and contribute to innovations in neurology.
