Master high-risk pregnancy care with Tufts Medical Center MFM fellowship in Boston
The Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship at Tufts Medical Center provides an immersive, hands-on training experience designed to prepare fellows for leadership in high-risk obstetrics. Our graduates can handle difficult cases of the mother, fetus and obstetrics. They can also lead care teams and work in academic or leadership roles.
Tufts Medical Center is a Level I Trauma Center in the heart of downtown Boston. Fellows treat complex patients from Boston as well as patients transferred from surrounding hospitals in the community and tri-state area. The high-acuity and diverse patient population ensures that fellows gain rich clinical experience and exposure to a wide range of obstetric challenges.
Fellows benefit from personalized mentorship from renowned faculty, financial and statistical support for research and a program structure that balances clinical exposure, education and scholarly development. Our departmental culture emphasizes bringing fellows into the department as junior faculty from the first year. They'll have their own time in the continuity clinic, labor and delivery, and the Perinatal Diagnostic Center. Senior attendings are available to help.
