Building community + amplifying your voice as a resident or fellow

At Tufts Medicine, residency and fellowship go beyond clinical experience. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment where your voice matters and your well-being comes first. Through our Graduate Medical Education office, you’ll have access to opportunities that build leadership, connection and community from day one.

Throughout the year, we offer opportunities to connect, lead and shape your experience:

  • GME committee meetings (monthly): Contribute to program updates and improvement
  • House Staff orientation + luncheon: Kick off your training with connection and clarity
  • Quarterly resident forums: Share your experience directly with faculty and leadership
