The hospital offers a comprehensive and flexible benefits program, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, long/short-term disability coverage, provision of white coats/scrubs with laundry service, and malpractice insurance.
Salary and Benefits

This year, the hospital has increased resident salaries by 4% and is providing all residents with a $5,000 stipend. Residents also receive a 3% matching retirement contribution.

Additionally, medicine residents receive an education reimbursement of up to $1,750 over three years, which can be used for study materials, exams, and other educational needs.

The program provides a one-time $800 reimbursement to support resident conference presentations.

Lunch is provided for residents Monday through Friday.

Vacation: All residents receive four weeks of vacation and three personal days per year.

Parental Leave: The program offers six weeks of parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child, with the option to take an additional six weeks under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Back-up - Sick Call: Each PGY class has two residents on a dedicated back-up rotation to cover colleagues for illness, emergencies, and family issues.
