There's no place like home

Since 1895, our not-for-profit program has delivered life changing medicine right to people’s doorsteps. And for people entering their final chapter of life, our hospice care team delivers comfort, dignity and peace they deserve — either within our doors at High Pointe House or from the comfort of home.

Life’s big transitions are when premier, community healthcare is needed most. From advanced illnesses and end-of-life care to wound healing and newborn checkups, Care at Home shows up for our community when and where they need it most. Your gift to Care at Home, in any amount, helps us move our mission forward, 1 home at a time. Help us offer access to compassionate, quality healthcare for all, no matter their financial need, by making your gift a recurring one.

Contributions to Care at Home, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are tax-deductible to the fullest extent provided by law. All donations to Care at Home will stay within Care at Home unless otherwise declared.
