Music Therapy

Most everyone listens to music. From rock to jazz and everything in between, we use music therapy to make your hospital stay more comfortable.
music therapy

Your music therapy will be yours - tailored to your taste in music. It doesn't replace your doctors, but it has been proven that music therapy can decrease your anxiety and stress while you’re in the hospital.

Every music therapist is board-certified and proficient in guitar, piano and singing. If we don’t know the music you love, we make sure we learn it quickly because your well-being is our top priority.

Our sessions might help you pass the time but they could help you:

  • Decrease pain
  • Reduce anxiety & stress
  • Increase socialization & meaningful interaction
  • Provide comfort at end of life & during bereavement
  • Promote motivation
  • Support newborn feeding, growth & neurodevelopment
  • Work with physical therapy & speech language pathology
