A weekly gathering of purpose and connection
Looking for a way to give back while enjoying the company of others? Join the Social Knitting Group, a weekly in-person gathering where volunteers come together to knit handmade items for Tufts Medicine Care at Home hospice patients.
This group offers more than just a shared craft—it’s a chance to connect with others, support our community and make a meaningful difference through every stitch.
How you can help
- Meeting Wednesdays at Plaistow Public Library.
- Bring your knitting needles and a smile – all skill levels welcome.
- Yarn donations are appreciated and help us continue this meaningful work.
- Completed items will be donated to hospice patients, offering warmth, comfort and a reminder that someone cares.
