In the 2020 US News & World Report Best Hospital Rankings, Lowell General Hospital was ranked 7th best in the Greater Boston region and the top community hospital in the area.

The American Heart Association (AHA) recognized the Saints campus with its Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Silver Plus Quality Achievement Award, which recognizes the hospital’s commitment to ensuring stroke patients receive the most appropriate treatment according to nationally recognized, research-based guidelines based on the latest scientific evidence.
