This research aims to bridge the gap between breastfeeding guidelines and real-world practices by focusing on maternal well-being, lifestyle, and social factors. Digital phenotyping techniques are used to monitor key factors like sleep, mood, and social support, to identify predictors of breastfeeding success. The findings could lead to personalized interventions to improve breastfeeding outcomes and overall maternal and child health.
