The end of summer is always busy and with students going back to school soon these recipes are perfect for a quick and healthy dinner.

Try these easy dinners that can be prepared in 30 minutes or less and with minimal clean-up. They are loaded with vegetables, nutrients and lean proteins, making them a perfect quick and easy dinner. These healthy recipes were hand-selected by our own registered dietitians, who often make them for their own families on busy nights:
