Join us for a small gathering as we come together to remember our loved ones through music, readings and the lighting of candles. The lights symbolize warmth, hope, celebration and support for one another. The event features instrumental music and remarks from bereavement services experts.
The annual Tribute Book lists the names of those who have been honored with a $25.00 memorial donation. Tribute gifts help Care at Home continue to deliver compassionate comfort care to patients on the journey to life’s end, regardless of their ability to pay.
Please note: Tribute gifts must be received by November 14, 2025 for the name to be listed in the Tribute Book at the event. Gifts received after that date will be added at a later time and available for viewing at High Pointe House.
